01. At what age should I start sleep training my baby?
As your baby reaches 3 to 6 months old, you may notice they start sleeping longer and needing less night feeds. This is the perfect time to start introducing a bedtime routine and watch as their sleep patterns emerge.
However, it’s important to wait until they are at least 6 months old to address specific sleep issues using any sleep training methods. In the early stages of your baby’s life, it’s essential to cater to their sleep needs rather than expecting them to follow your schedule.

02. How can I start working with you?
Take advantage of my free 15-minute call. Let’s discuss what’s going on at home and whether I can help you.
You need to have confidence in me, and I need to be confident that you are ready to support your little one through a period of change.
03. How should I prepare for my consultation?
If you are taking advantage of my premium package or one-hour call, I will ask you to fill out an ‘intake form’. This will ask lots of questions about both daytime and nighttime in your household so I can start identifying ways in which I can help. You can’t add too much detail to this! The more, the better. So, take some time to complete it.
Also, write down all your questions for me. This allows you to make the most of our time together, and nothing will be forgotten.
04. Do you offer remote consultations?
Yes! I’ve worked with clients across the world. I will work with the client in what ways they are most comfortable, whether that is by telephone consultation, email or video chat.
For those closer to home (Sevenoaks, Kent, UK), I also aim to offer home consultations.
05. What methods do you use as a sleep consultant?
I have trained in a range of approaches that help clients meet their sleep goals; it’s what I see as being so valuable about my offer. Each family and child is unique; one method does not fit all.
If you’d like to use a gentle sleep training method where you are present with your baby as they settle to sleep, that is great, and I will support that. Methods are carefully chosen and tailored to match the client and child.
06. What happens after 2 weeks?
If you’ve paid for my premium package with 2 weeks of sleep support, you will have achieved your bedtime goals, or you are confident enough to continue, I also offer sleep plan extended support if this is needed. All my families receive a comprehensive handout at the end of our time together with some takeaway information for the future.
For returning clients with new babies or if their child is experiencing regression and need some level of support, I offer heavily discounted rates.
