HOW CAN I START WORKING WITH YOU?
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY CONSULTATION?
If you are taking advantage of my premium package or one hour call I will ask you to fill out an ‘intake form’. This will ask lots of questions about both daytime and nighttime in your household so I can start identifying ways in which I can help. You can’t add too much detail to this! The more the better. So, take some time to complete it.
Also, write down all your questions for me. This allows you to make the most of our time together and nothing will be forgotten.
DO YOU OFFER REMOTE CONSULTATIONS?
Yes! I’ve worked with clients across the world. I will work with the client in what ways they are most comfortable, whether that is telephone, email or video chat.
For those closer to home (Sevenoaks, Kent, UK) I also offer home consultations.

If you’ve paid for my premium package with 2 weeks of support you will have achieved your sleep goals or you are confident enough to continue. All my families receive a comprehensive handout at the end of our time together with some take away information for the future.
For returning clients with new babies or if their child is experiencing a regression and they need support, I offer heavily discounted rates.
